This is track that happened by a couple of coincidences.

Firstly, Pablo had written some riffs and he sent over some videos of the riffs to the band. Stu went off and played with the structure and what he thought was the song that Pablo had written, was actually a completely different song altogether.

Secondly, how the name D.U.S.E came about. Well, it all happened in the Clay Soldiers group chat whereby the guys were talking casually about music, about video games, stoner-rock and food! One of us went to right out 'dude'. However, it was auto-corrected to 'duse', thus D.U.S.E was born.

For this track, we wanted to have a downright stoner rock track and having seen good friends High Desert Queen and Dunes in action at a show in London, both of these bands played a pivotal inspiration in the writing stage of the creating D.U.S.E.

This is a track we often start with at a live show as we want to bring the energy early on in the set and this is also a great fun track to play.

We hope you all enjoy this track as much as we enjoy playing it.

At the time of writing, we are still writing Pablo's track...properly!
